MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM CODY SPERBER AND THE CLEVER INVESTOR TEAM!

Every year around Christmas time, when work slows down, my cell phone gets quiet(er), and I get to see friends and family members I normally don’t get to see, I try and do three things:

1. Reflect on the year and appreciate all the new memories I have created.
2. Live in the moment with my friends and family (the times we share during holidays are never “guaranteed” so I really try and enjoy them).
3. Dream of the “health, wealth, and happiness” the new year will bring.

There is not a day that goes by that I am not “thankful” for everything God has blessed me with. This includes all my loyal students who inspire me each day and allow me to come into their lives and help them achieve their financial dreams through real estate investing. Together we can…together we WILL!
